Zero problems and even has a client for my Pi.
Always spot on with their locations and obfuscation's. The only wish I had was for better tunnels when torrenting. This is still a 5 star service though.
Everything as advertised is provided. A good service with on hand advice readily available.
GREAT SERVICE AND PRODUCT !!!!

used a few different VPN's and PIA is by far the best - it has a lovely GUI where a lot of vpn's don't have one at all for Linux. Top marks!
Support is abysmal. There's no knowledge on what they're selling, and they can't stick to one story. There's nowhere on their website at this time, stating that you need a full PIA subscription to utilise a dedicated IP subscription (mine had 240+ days left on it - now wasted as I refused to buy another subscription to utilise something I already paid for). They have flat-out refused any compensation for the now unusable subscription and have blamed me for not understanding the product they have falsely advertised on their website. They also stated in our conversation that they have been previously made aware that their advertisement is misleading and are "looking at changing it" yet were still palming blame off onto the customers they deceived.
I did a lot of research on VPNs prior to selecting PIA, and I have zero regrets now, some 3 years later. PIA is by far the best options when it comes to functionality, design and price point. The market has become flooded with options, particularly heavily marketed options advertised on every podcast. But unlike all of those options PIA has focused on the user experience. Install is fast and easy, deciding which location/server to link to couldn't be more simple, and again, price wise, far, far better than most. No notes!
This VPN started off well, and I read some good reviews, so I went with it. Around two months in, there was captcha after captcha, sometimes as many as 6 or 7 captchas, which soon became unworkable. Their support team did try to help me through this and made many suggestions, but unfortunately, it was to no avail. We tried everything that was suggested (different countries, WireGuard, changing ports), but sadly, the captchas kept happening. I am past my 30-day window, so unfortunately, no refund can be offered. Their final reply was this - "Regarding the Captcha issue, the previous troubleshooting steps are what we can recommend right now; otherwise, try again at a later time." I understand that they tried to help me and fault find out what was happening; unfortunately, that didn't help, so I switched to another VPN. If one is thinking of trying PIA, from personal experience, I would not suggest going for the 2-year package, as I opted for the two years, and the issues started when I was past my 30-day refund period. Admittedly, it was pretty good when it worked for those 2 months, but now, sadly, it serves little purpose, so I cancelled the "auto-renew" option and will just let it run out.
