Dealing with Management Leaseholders company's can be difficult, sometimes with no fault of their own. I guess they have numerous queries of many different types of request from various householders constantly Prime Properties have taken ownership to managing our property site now for over 2 years and the Manager, Fergus Dalton and more recently Anita Sloan have been truly amazing in responding to my every request with detailed information almost immediately, service like this must be complemented as it takes away the stress level that comes with difficult information one may require, not have to dwell on things, whilst waiting for a response...well done Anita appreciate your work keep up the good work !

My review is based specifically on my experience with Fergus Dalton. After weeks of ongoing issues concerning lift repair works in an 8 floor building, Fergus was contacted out of hours (Obviously not ideal for him/Prime). He spent three days doing everything possible to resolve the situation and kept everyone informed whilst doing so.
Emily Forbes was very helpful in trying to get an intercom issue I’m experiencing at my rented flat resolved. Although the issue wasn’t resolved by the maintenance company, Emily was professional in her customer service. She kept me constantly updated throughout the process.
As one of the Directors, the Board had lost its faith in Prime Property Management and were looking at changing providers. We had an urgent meeting (a performance review) with Prime’s Managing Director, and after much deliberation, a second chance was given, with Bonnie Johnson being assigned as the new Property Manager. Bonnie has had to pick up a lot of loose ends and outstanding issues to which she has been doing effectively. We have seen a major difference with Bonnie managing our account and we look forward to seeing what she brings to the table next year. I personally feel that Bonnie deserves to be promoted to a Senior Property Manager, as if it weren’t for her, we would more than likely be dealing with another provider. This relates to Anna in the legal team, who has been dealing with neighbour's request to make a building alteration recently. She has been helpful, thorough and very prompt in responding, and also dealt very quickly with a query of my own.
After what appeared to be a bumpy start with Prime, Bonnie took over our site account and really has provided great support, responding to our many queries promptly and professionally. The relevant research has been carried out where on the odd occasion, she has not known the history of our query. Pleased to have worked with Bonnie to date and looking forward to continuing the good relationship going forwards.
