Our account manager Tierney Elkins is superb, very attentive, she understands when something needs to be acted on quickly and responds accordingly. I would like to thank you Stephen Wiles and Prime team for the care and actively managing the issues at Flanders Court. Recently there was a power outage caused by local flooding which left the residents in the property without water. Stephen was personally monitoring it chasing the UKPN during unsociable hours (middle of the night) to make sure it is rectified. He was keeping the residents informed with regukar updates.
