Complex lease negotiations successfully concluded

Aisha and team have worked tirelessly over the last year to conclude complex negotiations with neighboring blocks of flats that share common land, in order to be able to turn our site into a secure gated community. Aisha used the leases to conclude matters to our satisfaction, demonstrating strong commercial and technical awareness of all the issues involved and how to negotiate successfully with multiple stakeholders with varying objectives. First class service

Had to phone Prime property services on Sunday out of hours due to a fire in the complex Fergus Dalton was excellent throughout and totally professional, helpful and was on hand throughout updating us He arranged for UK power network to attend and they in turn managed to rewire power to two flats that had also been affected by fire thereby saving the occupants having to be rehoused overnight Excellent thank you

Great service - Fergus Dalton

Prime Management took over management of our Property recently and so far I’m very happy with their work. Facing an out of hours emergency last night, it was extremely reassuring to speak to Fergus Dalton who was easily reachable and who offered swift and efficient support which led to a speedy resolution.
