Prime has resolved the issues I've reported to them over the year in an efficient manner. They have been easy to contact and provide updates on job progress as appropriate. Aisha Hoskins has been particularly responsive in this respect.

No water supply to flats

Last evening we had major problem with our water pumping station. Contacted Prime and spoke to Fergus Dalton. Fergus arranged for an engineer ,who arrived within an hour ,and a temporary was made .Fergus kept us informed by phone calls and even phoned the following morning to update and escalate the problem for a permanent repair with our property manager. This is the best customer service I have ever experienced .

I am so grateful for the efficient communication & action of Tierney Elkins at Prime. Her communication to solvie the issue of a fallen tree in my property was consistent & effective. The tree has been cleared & we now progress the next stage concerning consequential damage. It is refreshing to feel that my issues are being followed up by Tierney without the need to make repeated requests!
