Out of hours service

I had an urgent issue with my flat and needed some advice or a resolution urgently. I contacted the out of hours service and spoke to Naomi Barton who was very helpful and resolved the issue for me and kept me updated throughout, which was very reassuring.

Prime example

Prime have been managing our development for several years and continue to do a superb job. Hannah in particular is very on top of all issues affecting our site, always respond quickly to questions, and is very fast to identify problems and propose solutions.

Prime Gives Excellent Service

Our Property Manager at Prime is called Hannah Gray. We find her to be very efficient and helpful. We have been a client of Prime Property Management since 2015. They appreciate that we are a small block of flats and have tailored their services to us accordingly, meeting our needs in this respect. Hannah is attentive to our questions and concerns and always addresses them quickly and knowledgeably. We are very happy with the service we receive from Prime.

Very happy with Prime

We moved to Prime who now manage our 11 Unit block about 8 years ago after miserable experiences with two previous block managers. By comparison they are a breath of fresh air. All the staff are friendly and helpful and the return their calls and answer their emails. Ask for Naomi she is very good. We have no problem recommending them.

Great customer Service

I spoke to Emily Forbes about a query I had with parking permits. I spoke to her twice and both times she was very friendly. When I explained my issue, she looked into it for me and had a response for me first thing the next morning. Emily was very efficient and great customer service
