Naomi is wonderful. Very responsive to queries etc and is very helpful to our trio of Directors at Molvic Court. She gives us advice, prepares well thought out budgets and is really good about getting maintenance work done. I've had a great experience with Prime overall; they're always quick to come back on any queries I have, resolving any outstanding issues quickly and effectively, and they offer out-of-hours help which I have required a couple of times and has always helped settle my mind. Recently Jasmine helped with a challenging issue I had. She was really friendly, and went above and beyond to get me the answers I needed quickly so it wasn't something playing on my mind over Christmas. I couldn't be more happy with the communication I had with Jasmine and how she resolved my issue.
Have been really impressed with Prime's communication and attention to detail! After years with a dreadful company managing our block of flats, the building moved to Prime and we instantly saw the benefits of using a properly professional firm. Our key contact, Hannah, is really friendly and very helpful whenever we have any queries, and is happy to take the time to make sure we understand things. The team overall is great, and really fast to respond to any issues that come up in the building.
Out of Hours Help I had a really good experience with Naomi. There was a leak in the property late in the evening. Once she was made aware she contacted all parties, arranged a plumber, and made sure to follow up that he attended that night. She did a good job communicating, supporting, and finding a solution to the problem.
