I just wanted to thank Sarah-Jane Cope for picking up this problem – abandoned, crashed car, which at one point seemed to be leaking petrol — and dealing with it so promptly. By 10:30 in the morning, which is pretty good going since it will have involved phone calls to the police, the council and the fire service. So the full five stars! And thank you again

Great service Jorja McDonald

Great efficient service from Jorja McDonald - a door handle needed replacing and Jorja sourced a quote for a stronger handle and had it fitted very quickly. Issue was fully resolved two weeks after initially reporting the problem.

Prompt and efficient service

I called Prime Property Management with a query regarding the breakdown of our service charges and our payment options. Anita was very helpful and provided all the details I needed. I also got a detailed overview of how the reserve fund has been set up for our property, which was very helpful. The conversation was promptly followed up with an email capturing all details discussed. Very happy with the transparent overview and clear comms!
