Fantastic Customer Service I placed an order on the Pretty Little Home website, and reviewed my goods as promised. There was however, an issue, where the incorrect size mugs had been packaged. I emailed Pretty Little Home and received an answer almost immediately with a promise to dispatch the correct item. This then arrived 2 days later! Absolutely fantastic customer service.

Quick reliable service. The mugs are beautiful!

My original order, a set of glass straws, arrived promptly, but poorly packaged. This unfortunately meant that the packaging was badly damaged on delivery, and unable to be given as a gift. I contacted customer services who were very apologetic and offered to resend. The 2nd delivery experience could not have been better. Overall I am extremely happy with the service received, and I would have no problem recommending Pretty Little Home to friends and family. I will definitely be shopping with them again.

I ordered the ribbed white vase which was delivered within 2 working days. Vase is lovely and perfect for my artificial flowers, very pleased with my purchase and will definitely be ordering from this company again

Fab items as always

Items I wanted at Christmas had been reduced so I got what I wanted ready for next year but reduced which was a win win. But the surprise coffee box I ordered was also fabulous. Quality of the items combined with their uniqueness was lovely surprise definitely will order again.
