Loved the items I bought

I happened to come across this little shop just browsing last year and i ordered a couple of christmas bits and they was lovely so last week i had another look and found lots of nice things on my daughter would like so i treated her..I couldn't be more impressed the quality is fab and little things you can't buy in shops makes it even better..the delivery was quick and everything was packed lovely so nothing was damaged..I'll be back on soon for other bits i have seen. Thankyou to everyone at pretty little home

My order had a small blemish and a replacement item was immediately sent out, free of charge, which I appreciated. The company reached out again and offered to fully refund the initial item, which isn't necessary. All communication has been polite and focused on improving my shopping experience. I appreciate their efforts.

My PayPal account had the wrong address on it, I emailed them and they sorted it out straight away and it was still delivered on the date I was told.

Monthly subscription box ok but quite repetitive, you get a mug every month. Would be nice to change it up and get something different.

Nice stuff and in lovely packaging but it’s not cheap

Part of my order arrived totally broken, no fault of Pretty Little home as it was well wrapped. One email and a couple of days later a replacement arrived, fully intact. Excellent service, couldn't have asked for more! And the goods I ordered were fab too!
