I love this small business and their unusual products. Due to the type of products (glass/porcelain mainly) there has been a rare occasional issue ( I have purchased several orders) despite the very careful and thoughtful packing. Very quickly this has been sorted, which is why I keep going back- although I’m gonna need a bigger house 🤭!!

A beautiful array of items for the home both from a decorative, and useful stance. Great customer service and if there is an issue, it is sorted out in supr quick time. Thank PLH I will be hopping again, and again, and again...

Took a while to receive parcel, was thrilled with products and prices.

The quality of products and well packaged up ,but only thing you have to pay £5.95 delivery which I can understand if your getting a few things but I tried it with one mug at £2.95 in sale but still was charging £5.95 delivery.

Ordered the 3 bunnies on the shelf. They are actually so lovely and well made. One had a foot broken in transit I messaged their customer service and a replacement arrived the next day

I bought this travel coffee cup with lid for my son who always has a "brew on the go" he loves it, keeps his brew hot and as it is glass you can see the colour of you brew when making it ...this is actually his 2nd one as he dropped the first!! Would definitely recommend these and lots of designs to choose from.

Great products, great value. Dispatch and delivery took a while, however, order was placed during peak sale season so this is to be expected. Communication was quick and fab when I had a query.

Great responsiveness to my email as I had specific instructions as the items were a gift. It would be good in future if there was an option on the website to select, if the items are a gift and being sent direct to the person so they can be gift wrapped and no price/receipt is in the parcel. That said, once I reached out to them they confirmed all was taken care of.

I bought a glass mug set and the honey jar. All are so cute and delicate, all the boxes are personalized with the brand logo, everything seems to have a lot of care evolved. The packaging was impeccable, the quality of the product is really good. The only thing is the shipping cost, which I know is related to where I live. I love so much the honey jar, that I want 2 more, but the shipping is more expensive then the product, so I end up not buying :(

I got bought the seasonal boxes for my birthday my first box arrived really quickly the second box never arrived I had to email to find out what had happened got sent out the winter box but Christmas had past it's now February Asked for a refund as really disappointed can't get a refund just hoping the next to boxes arrive
