Ordered a CD key, paid for it - no key at all. Order is hanging in Unfulfilled. They state that it is the instant email service. Don't bother with them. Requested refund

I was looking for a Steam key for a game, but every provider was out of stock, except PremiumCdKeys, which offered a good price. I placed my order, and 10 minutes later they emailed me saying that they were out of stock. They immediately refunded my payment and even gifted me a different game key for free. Later on, I bought another key from them and everything went good.

I am still waiting for the product I ordered five hours ago. The service is not good — I sent an email, but I have still not received any response from your support team. I received a confirmation, but no product has been delivered, even though I have already paid for it. Edit Now my ORder get Send.

Recently my laptop product key expired so I went on chatGPT to check how much it cost so I saw about $199 to $1,000 via Microsoft store, then I asked if they are cheaper legitimate site I can purchase them so I was told me about premiumcdkeys when I enter the site the prices amazed me then I purchased and received it within 2 minutes I then entered the product key in my laptop and they said the he has already been used, I contacted them immediately the replied with a brand new product key within 30 mins I then entered it and it work, honestly the experience was great, I would 100% recommend them to my family and friends

I bought a key today after seeing a lot of good reviews. But after bought the key i spent 4 hours but they didn,t giving me any key. The order showing unfulfilled, thats it. There is no live chat in the website. Though i mailed them for the issue. Still 3 hours no reply. How are they just doing business without proper support? update: they completed my order after a 1star review. They should have a live chat . Though increasing 1star to 3 star. They should thought about their service.

i bought Mount & Blade 2 Bannerlord for $20 when its normally $50 on steam. i was skeptical at first, but bought it anyways. they advertise "instant delivery", which i did NOT get, but after over 3 and a half hours, i got it! i was still skeptical because people here claimed their keys didn't work or were already used, but mine worked fine! my only complaint is how long it took to get the email with my key.
