Approachable and helpful

Our experience with Matthew Adcock was excellent. He responded to communication promptly and helped answer any questions that we had. The whole process was smooth and stress free. Have used PPL for both property purchase and sale now. The eWay system is well designed.

At the beginning of the process there was very little communication from conveyancer. We were asked for various info which we gave them. Repeated emails were sent to us requesting the same info over & over again. Some things were sent to them more than twice. Did they lose the documents? The day before completion I had yet another email asking for the same info. We found the whole process very stressful. We will definitely not recommend this company to anyone

Very happy with the service from Premier. I purchased an apartment, it was a complicated purchase due to various issues on the vendor's side which Premier tackled with utmost professionalism and dedication to achieve completion. The majority of my case was handled by Thomas Schofield who was excellent, but he left the company and sadly I didn't get the opportunity to thank him for all his amazing hard work. The final stages were wrapped up equally professionally by Suzella Rahim. Highly recommend them both. Thank you both

I asked to be recommended a lawyer and the process was felt to be untrustworthy and unreachable service. I tried many times calling this company from overseas and sent couple of emails to the sales person and this company. None of them got replied. The salesperson phone not reachable, never replied my call nor my email after I was asked persistently to pay £25 to open an account. I felt like I was obliged to pay so I paid. She was very friendly replying my email and even said reviewing a legal pack was free before I made the payment but disappeared after payment. The process is this: 1. Someone emailed me with email conveyancingcentre.co.uk and I had to pay a fee to get my account opened. 2.The fee was paid to a company call Movewithus. 3.I wanted to validate so I google search the lawyer as I was introduced through an eway account via my email and the lady who picked up asked me to call a number and it goes to myhomemoveconveyancing 4.The firm name is premier property lawyers. 5. Altogether there are 4 different names to a solicitor introduction I am still finding my way to reach them. Basically after payment they don't bother their customer. I am like begging for their service! I tried another way through getting a quote from them and I do get many follow up emails on the quotation. So basically they are good in marketing, but once you are in, they don't bother eventhough I have sent in many emails to #PremierPropertyLawyer. Being #CLC licensed I am not sure is this service level acceptable?

This company is amazing, very efficient, friendly with great customer service. We can’t thank Katie Sumner enough for our not so smooth transaction process of our purchase from start to finish, she dealt with every little detail and very prompt when replying. She deserves a medal 🥇 dealing with our sellers solicitor, Katie you are a star!!
