Delivery was quick, but disappointed in pillows. Ordered the pair of soft pillows, but they are so soft, with no support at all. Pillow protectors that came with pillows are good.

A lot of the stitching was undone.

Did what they said they would do, a great nights sleep ready for next day. There was a great choice of food next door. So fed and watered well.

Good value and quality

Have stayed at premier inn a couple of times and we've always said how comfy beds and pillows are. I jokingly mentioned that I would love to buy the pillows whilst at check out and was told that they do in fact sell the pillows on line!! Ordered both soft and firm pillows plus the mattress protector and wow they're amazing! Great value and the price also includes pillow protectors plus there was a 5% discount 😍!
