Power Stop Brake Reviews

Got my brakes done same day. Professional service.

These guys know brakes inside and out. Fixed a complex ABS issue that had me stumped. Fair pricing and they warranty their work. The shop is clean and well-organized too.

Brought my truck in for brake inspection and they found several issues I wasn't aware of. They prioritized the repairs by safety importance and worked with my budget. Very professional operation.

The actual brake repair was well done and reasonably priced. My only issue was that they didn't call to update me on the progress like they said they would. Had to call them twice to check on status.

The brake work was done properly and my car stops well now. However, even with an appointment, I ended up waiting almost 2 hours longer than expected. They should work on their scheduling.

Had a brake grinding issue that another shop couldn't diagnose properly. These guys figured it out immediately and had me back on the road the same day. Highly recommend for brake problems.

Been coming here for years for all my brake needs. They always do good work and are honest about what needs to be fixed versus what can wait. The waiting area could use some updating but that's a minor issue.

The quality of work is definitely there - my brakes have been working perfectly for 6 months now. Staff is friendly and they stand behind their work. Only complaint is that it cost more than I expected, but I guess you get what you pay for.

Had my brake pads and rotors replaced here last month. The technicians were knowledgeable and explained everything they were doing. Service was completed on time and the brakes feel great. Pricing was very competitive compared to other shops in the area.

Got my brake pads replaced here. The work was done correctly but nothing stood out as exceptional. Pricing was about what I expected. Would probably shop around next time but wouldn't hesitate to return if convenient.

Not only did they fix my squeaky brakes, but they also checked my brake fluid and gave me tips on maintenance. The technician took time to show me the worn parts and explain why they needed replacement. Will definitely return for future brake work.

While the brake work seems fine, the customer service was lacking. The front desk staff seemed rushed and didn't explain the charges clearly. For the price I paid, I expected better treatment.
