Pony O Hair Accessories

I ordered Nov 22, my order never arrived in Mexico. 7 weeks later, I requested my order to be reshipped to a US address. They first agreed, but then cancelled the reshipment because the original order showed a failed delivery. My address was correct and they admitted they were having issues with their shipments to Mexico and no longer offer it. Nothing on the tracking indicates where the package is and they are expecting me to go on a wild goose chase 2 months after purchase? Absolutely horrendous. They could have easily fixed this situation. Now I have to dispute the charge and warn others that they do not care whether you get your order or not. I ordered over $100 worth as they were meant to be Christmas gifts. Overall an extremely disappointing experience and I would never order again. Edit in reply to Pony-o reply: The tracking I was given for the reshipment to the US address still says acceptance pending (as of this moment) and has not updated since jan 8. I have been not been given any new tracking number. I was however told that that reshipment was cancelled because of the delivery attempts in Mexico. The tracking for the Mexico address does NOT says anything about it being available for pickup. Also there is a lobby that receives all packages and always has someone there. Always. So unless you can provide me the address where this package apparently is waiting for pickup, I don't even know where to check.

Very disappointing. Too heavy for fine hair and not easy to close.

I love all Pony-O products! The bun bar, bling, pins and pony-I’d make it easy to style my long, thick, wavy hair without ruining my waves/curls. Everyone comments me on my hair when I wear the bun bar, bling and pins because they’re eye catching and decorative without hurting or scratching my scalp like most Bobby pins do. In the couple of years I’ve been wearing them, I’ve only had 1 of the inner rings inside the Pony-O break on me so that I couldn’t wear it anymore. I’ll definitely keep buying them!

I was excited to try this because I always get headaches from high pony tails. I have thick wavy hair. Well long story short it does NOT work. Like at all. It doesn't get tight and just falls right down. The company offers risk free 30 day trail, they don't tell you that you have to pay to ship it back. It would cost me $18.00 to ship it back which is more than double what I paid for the product itself. So I guess I got scammed into keeping this product that doesn't work. Don't waste your time!! EDIT to Respond: A shipping label cost $18.00 if I could add an image here I would to show you. If you think it is only $2 or $3 to ship it back for the sake of customer satisfaction you would send me that label. The product does not work. I have watched all videos and it does not make a sharp edge like you suggested. You put barley any pressure or slightly tilt your head, my hair falls right down.

Mine has fallen in on itself its out of shape only 2 months I have and only used a few times. They told me to. Heat in my hands and run a pencil around the inside to strengthen it but that hasn't done anything, iv paid over 30 euros for this only to use a few times I am really disappointed. Could you maybe send me a new one and I cam send mine back and you can see for yourself what shape its in because I can't do anything with it iv tried with the pencil thing and so has my boyfriend it's fucxed no fixing it. I will mail pictures 📸

I did my order 22 october but i haven’t received my package!

I had bought these for my daughter a few years back. She has thick hair and said they work OK but don't really stay in place without readjusting them. I had kept one regular size in the leopard print. So recently I saw they had a smaller size now and thought they would work for my thin. They are Not smaller they are bigger than the old regular size. I want Pony O to make smaller ones for thin hair, kids, ponytails, ect... Look at the picture I took of them next to the old one. I can't use these so explain this Pony O the proof is it the picture and you owe me 3 in the Smaller Size🤔 Thank you

The order process was easy, and they arrived quickly. As a first-time buyer, I was hesitant on how well these would work but I absolutely love them! I love them so much I bought a couple different items. I love how easy these are to use, I love the tutorial videos (bc let's face it, we have grown up using elastic bands and don't know any different, so videos help!) and I looovee now pulling clumps of hair out after fighting with the elastic band. My hair can grow!! I also like to run on my treadmill and the pony-o does not come loose which is nice. The elastic bands always slip down since I have fine hair, Another benefit is that these don't stretch out, you can do ponytails and buns and a variety of styles. I went from 1 order to 3 (had to buy different colors and bun barz) and I'm thinking of buying some for xmas gifts. Highly recommended!!

I am totally in love with this Brand! Communication is so easy, fast shipping and definitely the best hair accessories. Definitely recommend!!

I ordered two of these on the promise that they held hair and didn’t slip out like traditional hair ties. I secured them properly as per the instructions, went for a run twice and they kept sliding out, so had to stop my runs several times to re-do my hair! So annoying! Then, eventually, they were hanging off the ends of my hair and I lost them both - on two separate runs. So, absolutely pointless purchases as they are lying in the gutter somewhere! The product descriptions / selling patter should really state that they hold hair ONLY if you do not move much! These are NOT suitable for exercise!

I wear them a lot. Look good on my fine hair. Shipping to germany i a bit expensive though

I bought one item, I ordered to Europe. Your company took money for VAT but then kept it and I had to pay VAT again when the item arrived to my country. You don't react on my emails. Update: thank you for prompt reaction and refund after I wrote this review.

Amazing!’ Lost a lot of my thick full hair due to surgery

Can I just say..pony-o SAVED me when I broke my wrist!! I wear my hair up every single day because #momlife and I wasn't able to put a hair tie on with one hand! I was able to put my pony-o on though using one hand and the wall!!

I bought a bobble for just over £6. Paid with Apple Pay and it doubled the price blaming delivery costs! Disgusting!

I saw this on Facebook and watched the testimonials of people who had fine hair like mine so decided to try it. I absolutely love this product! It does everything it states! I did watch the tutorial to put it on, but once I did it, I was so excited by the results! My pony tail looked thicker and was not uncomfortable to wear thru exercise, as well as the rest of day! I plan on buying the bling one and the ones to it a bun in my hair to see how that works! For the price and style and comfort, I highly recommend this fun accessory!

PonyYO is my favorite secret weapon for the gym. If you put your hair up in this thing, it’s NOT coming out. Same for the bun products. These things LOCK your hair into place. Couldn’t be a bigger fan of them!
