Professional staff, clean environment, and excellent surgical results. The only minor complaint is parking can be challenging during busy hours. Otherwise, very satisfied with my care.
Dr. Thompson is clearly experienced and skilled. The procedure went exactly as planned and healing has been faster than anticipated. Would definitely return if needed.
The surgery was successful and staff was competent, but nothing really stood out as exceptional. For the cost, I expected a more personalized experience. Still would recommend for the medical expertise.
While the medical care was adequate, the administrative side needs work. Billing issues took weeks to resolve and phone calls weren't returned promptly. Expected better for the premium pricing.
Happy with my surgical outcome but the communication could be better. Had to call multiple times to get updates on my pre-op instructions. The actual procedure day went smoothly though.
The surgery went well and I'm happy with the outcome, but the wait times were longer than expected. Front desk staff could be more organized - had to repeat my information multiple times. Overall satisfied though.
Clean, modern facility with state-of-the-art equipment. The surgical team was incredibly professional and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process.
From my initial consultation to post-op follow-ups, every interaction has been exceptional. The nursing staff is compassionate and knowledgeable. The surgeon took time to address all my concerns and the results exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend this center.
