Have used Policy Expert for the past 5 years, and they have always been easy to deal with. Staff that I have dealt with are knowledgeable and quick to respond.

Didn't wait long on the 'phone. Georgia was very helpful, made the alteration as requested and gave good advice. An excellent first call to the company.

Ease of use of online service

Very helpful staff upgraded my Hime Emergency package without a fus.

The call centre was excellent helped me through changing my house insurance to them. The quote was excellent and was half the quote from the insurance company I have been with as a loyal customer for over 20 years.

Renewal quote sent in good time. Price a little less than last year and better than equivalent on comparison site. Pleasing not to have the usual loading on the next year so one has to move on or at least threaten to do so.

Premium actually lower than last year, and less than all other quotes. This is great. But I've never had to claim - so no idea what that experience would be like!

Thought I would have to do a search again for a new insurer if the price for the next years cover had increased dramatically. I was pleasantly surprised with my new quote with Policy Expert, it was in line with last years. So signed back up to accept their quote. Very pleased and relieved. Thank you.
