Misled on emergency repair policy , they wont come out to boilers if under warranty from manufacture ,which to me is pointless , they want boilers to be under 15 yrs old all well and good but most boilers have warranty for 10 years like mine Baxi To your reply for more details what details do you want as I dont want to discuss personal details in full public view

Year after year, my renewal quote from Policy Expert was cheaper even after checking several comparison sights. They also keep in regular contact throughout the year.

Insurance on auto renew, as costs are very competitive, covering more than originally requested.

Our Home Insurance was increased by approx 20% / £40 for the next 12 months which was unacceptable to us. It's a shame that I had to call to cancel before the cost was reduced to show us a slight saving on last year. If you've not claimed there is no need for insurance to be increased by that amount currently, always call them if your policy has gone up.

I feel we have a very good service and at a reasonable price. Although we have not haad to make any claims so far.
