Rejecting Claims Expert
I'm extremely disappointed with my experience with Policy expert. As a long-standing customer who has never made a claim before, I expected fair treatment and support when I finally needed help. Unfortunately, my claim was rejected not once, but twice in a single year—both times for reasons that felt arbitrary and completely unreasonable. It's frustrating to see how little support is offered when it truly matters. Insurance is supposed to provide peace of mind, but instead, I was met with bureaucracy, a lack of empathy, and zero accountability. Loyal customers should not be punished for needing to use the service they've been paying for over the years. I no longer feel confident relying on this company and would advise others to be cautious before choosing them. When the time comes and you genuinely need help, don't expect them to have your back.
