The experience to order was great. I did not like how expensive the drug itself was. I was on Saxenda and you got 4 pens which did me for 6 to 8 weeks. This is only 1 pen for 1 month. Approximately the same price. Your service was better then the last 2 years.

This was my first order with PocketPills. The process of transferring my prescriptions to receiving the order took 5 days total. I hope the company can work on shortening this timeline. However, I do appreciate the convenience of transferring prescriptions and placing orders at the touch of a button. Pocketpills was also transparent when the medication I ordered ran out of stock but they quickly restocked and shipped my order. I understand there was a heatwave recently but the bottle of Benzac 10% I received was warm. I hope the exposure to heat did not affect the potency of the medication.

I am not liking the fact that I have to use a kwik pen to administer mounjaro, and that it has gone up in price. Imuch prefer the vials and syringes. What is the reason for this? Other than that I think your service is excellent - quick and thoughtful.
