I’ve always had a great experience with Pocketpills however today the delivery driver left my order thrown on the floor of the building lobby rather than bring it up to my apartment door. A little care and consideration during delivery is appreciated, and they’ve always been able to bring medication to my door before.

Had to pay out of pocket even though I have full coverage because of how they were prescribed (used OTC instead of prescribers name, voided my coverage)

They delay things and every couple of months I am stuck missing important medications. This week I am going without thyroid meds which I need to function as an example. Most pharmacies give you pills a few days in advance of you running out to prevent you from missing a medication. These guys try to time it so you get it the day you run out, so if there is a delay, you are going without. If you have any medication you can't go a week without, don't use these guys.
