It was a great experience ordering the meds with you. However, delivery guy should hand over the package to someone in the house rather than l Keeping it outside.

It was good way to grab what drug that you want,however I became confuse for how to reaching out your assistants.

Took very long to arrive

I didn’t understand the way this pharmacy functioned at first which gave me a bad view of them. But now that I know that they respond to text messages and that it’s easy to communicate with them this way, I switched all of my prescriptions to them. Not only are they cheaper than a physical pharmacy, they deliver!

Great service

Delivery was supposed to be on june 17. Got notification on june 18 it would be here june 18 between 5-10 pm and someone needs to sign. I changed plans to be home for delivery. Later that night i get a message it wont be delivered until june 19 so i go to bed. Then little while later the package shows up. My expectation is that the Delivery of prescription is to be delivered on time as par communication. Will not be moving the rest of my prescriptions here

Update: PocketPills did contact me and they mentioned these notifications should be instant so I shouldn't have this issue going forward. We'll see how the next order goes. Overall a good experience with how convenient it is to get our prescriptions. Where PocketPills loses points is the communication/notification of delivery. I want to be notified immediately when my prescription has been left at my door; an email 6 days after delivery does nothing for me.
