PLT works
Signing up for a PLT coach was exactly what I needed to lose my weight and learn new nutritional habits. I have been active all of my life and when an extra 15 pounds crept up on me I signed up for three months of PLT coaching to learn better nutrition. The phrase “ you can’t out run a bad diet” kept resonating in my head. My coach taught me the foundations of how to rethink my food choices. For me, the biggest help was being accountable to my coach, and knowing that she was going to be reviewing my food choices and my macro/nutrient numbers. In the end, I lost 15 pounds and learned new habits and how to make better food choices.
