I’ve been with PLT for over a year and a half and have worked with a few different coaches. Coming to PLT was merely a way for me to have accountability to assist in dropping the pesky perimenopause and post baby weight gain. I know how to workout. I know how to count macros. But accountability was my issue. However, little did I know I’d walk away with so much more. This program is very doable. Their approach of being a little better every day is something that is attainable for anyone. It's not gimmicky and doesn't require you to abstain from anything. It balances life and adaptability while keeping focused on your goal(s). The coaching and guidance are top notch and not an "in your face" approach. While the program does call for counting macros, it also builds healthy habits and lifestyle changes. In 4.5 months I have lost 22 inches and 11% of my weight. While a great outcome, this program has also helped balance my mindset, my habits and my lifestyle. The inches and weight are tangible numbers, but this program has changed my life in so many other ways!

This company takes an honest, reasonable, and doable approach to a macro counting, weight loss, and overall health that makes total sense. I love that there is a whole Facebook community available even for non-clients, but the member benefits (personalized coaching plus recipes and community support) are completely worth the cost. My coach is positive and specific with her advice, and the overall philosophy is very sustainable for the long term. This is the best weight loss program I've ever tried.
