Pleaser has an excellent selection of heels. Their website is easy to navigate. They also give Pleaser points which is a bonus. My orders have always arrived in a timely manner, and I have never been disappointed with my purchases.

Exelent shoes and ahipping, too big
Exelent shoes with very fast shipping. Nevetlrtheless the shoes are too big. I wear 39 (EU) and already bought 38, however they are still big. But i have to say that I also used hella hels and for now, pleasera are the most confortable. Shipping is also expensive.

Horrible Customer Service Lost Package
I'm so disappointed in my first experience with Pleaser Shoes. Whatever carrier they chose apparently lost the shipment but I only found that out after emailing THREE times before someone replied to me. They claim to get in contact within 24 hours of a request but it was almost double that by the time someone finally got back to me. They then tell me they started a lost package claim with the carrier and it could be 8 more business days until it's resolved. I asked them to please send me a replacement pair while they are working on their "claim" and they refused. Will not be purchasing from them again.
