Pleaser has an excellent selection of heels. Their website is easy to navigate. They also give Pleaser points which is a bonus. My orders have always arrived in a timely manner, and I have never been disappointed with my purchases.

Good quality with an equally good price
I love that they have boot options for around $60 if you check their sales, I really appreciate a company that doesn't raise prices just because other greedy corporations do it. Never had an issue with any of their products, although I'm poor so I've only ordered a few pairs so far over the years. They always fit perfect and shipping is faster than they've quoted me :)

Did me dirty the first go round
Asked for a size 9 for my old lady she has about 8 pair of this brand they send a size 6 labeled as a 9 I wouldn't dare shop with this company ever again I don't plan on hearing from them tho I sent a email to the company I'm like wow did me dirty first time around sum 1 was smoking sumthing when they did my order

Poor Customer Service Over Defective Shoes
I have always loved pleasers, but unfortunately, a recent purchase that exhibited poor workmanship - peeling off material across the whole heel/ankle region after only two wears - was not responded to promptly or effectively. Pleaser apologized for the defect but never got back to me for solutions or a refund, and it's been two weeks since I filed a ticket, 10 days since they said they'd get back to me shortly. $100 for two wears before the material fails? Not cool.

my shoes weren’t made very well
my shoes weren’t made very well. all of my other heels from here were great but my last pair had a random blue crystal on a all silver boot. the crystals were crooked on the lining of most of the shoe and i just don’t like them. i keep forgetting to try and get a refund! they have never been worn and i would like to get new shoes with the money i paid, considering they were the most expensive by far…$125. please get back to me with any help you can offer!
