Horrible Customer Service Lost Package
I'm so disappointed in my first experience with Pleaser Shoes. Whatever carrier they chose apparently lost the shipment but I only found that out after emailing THREE times before someone replied to me. They claim to get in contact within 24 hours of a request but it was almost double that by the time someone finally got back to me. They then tell me they started a lost package claim with the carrier and it could be 8 more business days until it's resolved. I asked them to please send me a replacement pair while they are working on their "claim" and they refused. Will not be purchasing from them again.
