Poor Customer Service Over Defective Shoes
I have always loved pleasers, but unfortunately, a recent purchase that exhibited poor workmanship - peeling off material across the whole heel/ankle region after only two wears - was not responded to promptly or effectively. Pleaser apologized for the defect but never got back to me for solutions or a refund, and it's been two weeks since I filed a ticket, 10 days since they said they'd get back to me shortly. $100 for two wears before the material fails? Not cool.
