AJ was who responded to an email I sent regarding a posting on Reverb. He helped me work through an issue involving a credit card transaction flagged as fraudulent. He is a solid guy, and has the easy going comfortable nature that we look for when visiting a traditional retail space. I will reach out to him again when I have another guitar in mind.

Got a great price on a new 24-08, and it looks and plays beautifully. Would've given 5 stars but after spending so much money, I'm a bit disappointed I have yet to receive any follow-up communication after shipping.
