As a landlord, I value the support I receive from Pimlico Plumbers. Yes they can be expensive, but I have only ever received, fast, professional and friendly service. On the most recent occasion last week, called Thursday evening, engineer attended Friday morning and repair completed Monday morning. They even apologised that as they hadn't called me to make payment they couldn't complete the job on Saturday.

I called on a Saturday and I had my appointment made that day for the Sunday. Jack arrived on time, identified the problem with my boiler and fixed it there and then. I will need additional work for a long term fix but Jack let me know what that would be and sent me a quote the same day. I’ll be booking Pimlico in to complete the job. It’s rare in London to find a company who not only turns up for their appointment but follows through with the work!

Job No:2164080, When I called them to clean the gutter which is about 8m high, I especially told I do not want scaffolding. If scaffolding needs, I do not want them to come. The lady on the phone said they would send a roofer to check. They charged me £126 upfront like a call-out or assesment fee. The roofer came and looked at the gutter, he said it is very high and he needs to scaffold!! Then he left. 5mins. They did not refund £126. What is this? Modern thievery??

Sam arrived within the allotted time, quickly diagnosed the problem, and completed the repair.

Booking was straightforward. Conor came when he said he would. He checked out our WC and made a slight alteration so that the flush would be more reliable. Very nice man who did not object to our very friendly spaniel! And a good engineer.

Declan came to deal with a tall pair of sliding doors which required refixing and securing at the top. The work needed was swiftly assessed and carried out with clear explanations through out. Excellent.

We had Pimlico Plumbers out to service our air conditioning units and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Roy, the engineer who came, was super helpful, friendly, and clearly knew what he was doing. He explained everything clearly, worked efficiently, and left everything tidy. Great service and a really positive experience – would definitely recommend Pimlico Plumbers and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

Ben Mason is a good supportive listener and very reassuring. All his explanations were clear and he carried out all the work he could perfectly.

I am a first time homebuyer and my RICS survey came back with the roof being a Red rating that needed additional inspection. I called up PP to tell them that I was looking for some insight on the roof and to better understand the extent of the issue as well as how much it would be to fix. They were quick to book in and I was excited to get this moving. The roofer called me the day of and said "the roof is fine" and gave me 5 lines of feedback on the report. It was even less detail than the homebuyers survey and also very clearly incorrect. There was a picture of a missing tile in the survey and the inspector didn't address that at all. There was a flat roof area which he didn't even look at because it was "too high" even tho I"d asked specifically about the flat roof condition. When I reached out to PP about this - they basically said that I had booked the wrong service and hadn't booked the "pre purchase survey" even tho I had called. up customer service and was under the impression that they were going to do a proper roofing survey. When I followed up on this - there was absolutely no effort to address the issue. I was blamed for it all and there was zero effort to try to make things right. I have loads of other surveys to book as part of this process and I am glad that I understood the level of (bad) service I would get from PP before booking the rest of them with PP. I was looking for a partner I could trust to help me navigate the surveys / quotes I needed. I was sorely disappointed.

The plumber arrived on the dot of 8.00am. Was polite throughout and explained everything and answered all our questions. Did a thorough service including cleaning key parts. Gave us some advice about cleaning leaves away from flue. And sent by email a clear letter setting out what he had done and what needed to be watched in the future

Very good service by Aiden. Found the leak in the kitchen testing everything and fixed it on the spot keeping work within the hour so no additional payment required . Would recommend .
