Gut Rewild

I purchased Gut Rewild back in February. I had a number of reservations as to whether they would work and asked a number of questions - which were answered fairly promptly I may add. I purchased a six month supply having seen the information that they could be returned. I also read that it takes a few weeks to feel the benefit and that not everyone feels a change until later. After a month I received an email asking for a review of the product. I wavered for a while but decided I should inform them that I didn’t feel any different and that I did not think the product was working for me. I did not receive any follow-up from this. A further request was made within the next couple of months, again without any follow up. My three months came and went and, although I had been feeling slightly better, I could not make my mind up whether this was due to the product or not and as I had already paid for the six-months and the return period had gone, I decided to complete the course. The week before the end of my six months I decided to cancel, having had no real benefit. I wrote to them explaining and thought that would be the end of it, but it wasn’t. I received no response and a few days later received an email saying they were sending out my “second months” order. I went in to the website as one of the emails had suggested I could amend or change the order only to find that I could find no means of cancelling and the order being sent out was not listed. I tried to ring them but no one was answering the phone so I emailed them again stating I had requested they cancel and that I had not placed another order and that it would not be my second month. Needless to say I did not receive the response I expected but an email saying it had been despatched. I telephoned my credit card company who informed me that the money had already been taken. I emailed them again twice but yet again all I received back was a standard computerised response saying someone would contact me. To date I have not received a response. Having seen this Dr advertising the product on tv I had felt more confident that this product would be of use to me but the customer service is non-existent and as I told them they had got my money - so what!! To date I hav e not yet received the second batch (another six-month supply) but will either be refusing delivery at my door or returning it. I have requested an addressed return label but, as stated above, they have not responded to the request. Personally I feel hat I could not recommend this product or this company due to my experience but feel that it is up to each individual as to whether or not they decide to try it or want to take the risk. Update 3.8.25 I went onto Physical Nutritions website this morning to check again if I could cancel and was appalled to find no way of cancelling this product yet again but that in the orders section was a whole list of product entries. I could not believe my eyes. I took a photo but unfortunately cannot add it to this review. I have not ordered any of these products and do not know if any attempt has been made to take all the money listed from my account. I am 78 years old and this is really upsetting and stressing me out. Tried to access a second time and cannot access the account. Seem to be locked out!!!

Misleading

I would not use this company again. The 90 day refund is extremely misleading as the refund apparently only applies if the empty bottles are returned prior to the expiry of the 90 days. This means that you have to start the course on the day you receive them and ask for a refund prior to the expiration of the 90th day. Most customers only order 3 months supply as they are desperate for something that helps with the daily pain. I was certainly hopeful but they did not help. I kept the empty bottles to return and did so immediately I had finished the course.As I hadn't started until a few days after I received the tablets I was informed I was outside the 90 days and therefore ineligible for a refund. After the initial contact advising me of the above I have been met with silence. I would advise future customers to steer well clear of this company

Poor Customer Service.

I have dealt with this company for a while and have two ongoing subscriptions with them. I have found their products to be very effective. However my recent experience has been far from satisfactory. On starting a new subscription - I found the website pricing to be very misleading. After several conversations and emails I said I wanted the order cancelled yet it is still being sent. The agents were not interested in managing my concerns or wishes at all.

Feeling so much better

I have not been in a good place with my gut for some time now, and this was made worse by catching the original strain of Covid 19. I could almost feel it attacking every inch of my digestive system as it progressed. Recovery was slow and my digestion has suffered accordingly, despite my efforts to maintain a good diet, as it seemed that almost everything that I ate was upsetting my system and causing me to have IBS flare-ups. I stumbled across Physical Nutrition whilst trawling the Internet for a solution, as my GP could offer little, that being when I could even get an appointment. I was somewhat sceptical about these little white capsules, so ordered one bottle, as certain things do not sit well with me, and didn't want to end up spending a lot on something which I wouldn't be able to use. I could not believe how quickly some normality has been restored. Don't get me wrong, things are not perfect, but I am feeling more comfortable than I have done for ages, with fewer flare-ups and "normal" trips to the bathroom. I still have to avoid some foods, but as things improve, I am hoping to add things to my diet, so fingers crossed. Keep taking the tablets, as they say...

Remember to Save the Empty Bottles

Firstly, I must say that the product (Activ8) did not work for my osteoarthritis. I think it may be too advanced for any help. But please try it - as it may work for you. Secondly, the guarantee "allows you a full 3 months to feel the power of this remarkable formula. If you don’t feel a greater pep in your step, easier mobility, and less joint discomfort we’ll refund your full purchase price, no questions asked... If you are anything less than delighted after using it, we don’t want you to pay a single penny." That is true - but please make sure you retain your empty bottles - in case the product does not work for you. Without them you will not be able to obtain a full refund. This info. is on the website - but hidden away under the "returns policy" which you may not read until after you have thrown away the bottles. Also you will need to pay the return postage, and the initial postage costs.
