This is a great place to get your Apple product repaired. I got an Apple iPod Classic repaired and also fitted a new battery, with fantastic customer services. They were professional, competent, speedy and able to source rare parts with an eye to detail. Their service was at least as comparable to Apple themselves (whom I've used), who tend not to accept work on discontinued hardware anyway. Very highly recommended.

Last week Andrzej fitted a new screen to an old 5c iPhone for me within 30 minutes. I was so pleased I went back next day to have a replacement battery fitted to my iPhone 6, which had been needed for some time.The job was done, and phone delivered back to my home address within the hour. This business delivers a quick and reliable service in a friendly and professional manner.

Great for fixing and maintenance of obsolete and out of warranty Apple products. Sourced and replaced the battery on my 2005 1st Generation iPod Nano in two working days. Andy has a good knowledge of and enthusiasm for all things Apple.

I had major problems with my phone and after searching around I found someone that actually knows about bootloader, unbricking, flashing ROM's etc. The company gave me quick helpful service at a sensible price. I will certainly use again in the future if I have problems and recommend to friends if they need help.

I am an electrician and researched the battery replacement on the aforementioned item, I decided it was a little too intricate for my heavy handedness. I took it to two 'iPhone repair specialists' in my local area who stated they couldn't carry it out? Quick phone call to Phones Rescue in Boscombe who said it would absolutely be no problem at all. Three days later it was done. Excellent and friendly service. Very highly recommended. Try Phones Rescue first to stop wasting time.

Very helpful from the start .. my MacBook 12 needed a new battery and I was aware this model has a glued in battery which needs special attention to release prior to replacement .. Apple store in Southampton told me it is not a procedure they undertake in store but send away to their repair centre .. expectation was 2 weeks minimum .. I would therefore have some 4 hours travelling to deliver and collect or pay postage and insurance. Andre was able to effect the repair within 3 hours so that I could take the MacBook to the shop .. take my dog for a walk along the glorious clifftops nearby and collect it after lunch ... All for a very reasonable repair cost per the estimate on their website .... Whats not to like Many thanks

An excellent Professional Service. Great Website with easy to navigate options, & clear descriptions of services & prices. I’d ended up with an iCloud locked iPad Pro, in otherwise good condition, but was not aware that without furnishing Apple with proof of original purchase, I had no way of unlocking & using it. Contacting PhonesRescue, whom I’d approached once before for a minor issue with my older iPad, I immediately got sound & accurate advice on the best, & only, way forward. They advised me to find/buy a similar, damaged-screen iPad Pro, carefully explaining just which models & types were compatible, which parts were interchangeable & what could & couldn’t be repaired, with very clear costs & timeframes. After buying a screen-damaged, suitable similar model, I sent it direct to them at PhonesRescue & also had my “locked” iPad delivered to them too! They replied almost immediately, with a brief analysis & examination of both iPads & we quickly agreed what was the best choice of action. Amazingly, within 24hrs the rebuild of making one good iPad Pro from two was done! During this timeframe it including several phone calls to me to clarify one or two options & choices, & I then received an invoice for the repair/rebuild at the exact same price quoted, which was less than 25% of the cost of what Apple’s charge would have been, & with ALL Apple stores closed due to Corona Virus anyway, that wasn’t even possible! They also provided a free delivery service within their town area, & less than 48 hrs after they’d first started on the rebuild/repair it was delivered, in full working order AND with a 12 month Warranty! I’ve had an older, faulty iPad replaced under warranty by Apple very quickly several years ago, but for an Out of Warranty Apple device I find that PhonesRescue service makes both Apple’s ‘Trade-in’ & very high Repair Costs seem like daylight Robbery! PhonesRescue is an excellent, personal yet highly Professional Service that I’l be happy to use again if needed! Thank you PhonesRescue! Phil
