An excellent Professional Service. Great Website with easy to navigate options, & clear descriptions of services & prices. I’d ended up with an iCloud locked iPad Pro, in otherwise good condition, but was not aware that without furnishing Apple with proof of original purchase, I had no way of unlocking & using it. Contacting PhonesRescue, whom I’d approached once before for a minor issue with my older iPad, I immediately got sound & accurate advice on the best, & only, way forward. They advised me to find/buy a similar, damaged-screen iPad Pro, carefully explaining just which models & types were compatible, which parts were interchangeable & what could & couldn’t be repaired, with very clear costs & timeframes. After buying a screen-damaged, suitable similar model, I sent it direct to them at PhonesRescue & also had my “locked” iPad delivered to them too! They replied almost immediately, with a brief analysis & examination of both iPads & we quickly agreed what was the best choice of action. Amazingly, within 24hrs the rebuild of making one good iPad Pro from two was done! During this timeframe it including several phone calls to me to clarify one or two options & choices, & I then received an invoice for the repair/rebuild at the exact same price quoted, which was less than 25% of the cost of what Apple’s charge would have been, & with ALL Apple stores closed due to Corona Virus anyway, that wasn’t even possible! They also provided a free delivery service within their town area, & less than 48 hrs after they’d first started on the rebuild/repair it was delivered, in full working order AND with a 12 month Warranty! I’ve had an older, faulty iPad replaced under warranty by Apple very quickly several years ago, but for an Out of Warranty Apple device I find that PhonesRescue service makes both Apple’s ‘Trade-in’ & very high Repair Costs seem like daylight Robbery! PhonesRescue is an excellent, personal yet highly Professional Service that I’l be happy to use again if needed! Thank you PhonesRescue! Phil
