Order was lost during shipping and not received. A replacement was thankfully sent but every previous order from phd has been lost or damaged during shipping. When I spoke to phd customer services about this missing shipment, multiple requests to refund the shipping cost were ignored despite receiving a reply answering other questions and me asking directly why the request was being ignored.

I am trying this product for the very first time, and I am confident that it will be beneficial to my health balance, as other excellent PhD Nutrition products I have used in the past.

Great products, but the website is awful. The checkout page is so buggy, FREE GIFT keeps flashing up on my screen, blocking my view. Then, credit card payment option isn't working 'contact administrator' flashes up. And finally, loyalty points won't apply to any order because it blocks out all payment options, except for Klarna. No thank you! Been shopping your products for over a year and this is enough for me...

My item was not delivered and I don't know how to get in touch with either you, or the person who was meant to deliver it to me. They rang me and said they couldn't deliver the first time around, they then said it would take them 5 days to redeliver and they still didn't end up delivering just under two hundred pounds worth of protein.............

parcel has not been delivered, got one email saying it could not be delivered. then nothing since that. no communication from PHD or delivery firm. No idea where my protein is now….

As always fast and efficient.
