I know the brand so i trusted this and bought 2 boxs of smart plant based protein bars. They caused me to have stomach aches , nausea and diarrhoea. I have emailed to say i would like return the box i have not opened. Just waiting for response. Delivery was excellent.

Outstanding customer service. There were a few problems with my delivery. The protein pouch was already open, and the BCAA was a dodgy batch. I emailed PHD and spoke to Johnathan, who was extremely helpful and courteous. He took the details of the order and re-sent my order. He was polite and professional and didn't hesitate in delivering customer service to a very high standard. Thank you

Excellent products but the customer service is the one that makes me keep coming back. Any issues, you can email and they are prompt, helpful and kind. Fast delivery, and the protein bars are filling and taste great.

I had an issue with a damaged product but customer support was great and super fast. I got a replacement order asap. Updated review. Customer support is great and super fast( so if it would be only customer support review i would give 5/5). However the replacement order was again an outdated product which is super disappointing. I got refunded for that product but the whole experience was a bit frustrating.

Customer services are prompt and approachable, especially Beth and Jonathan. From many fit products I have tried so far I strongly believe PhD is of high quality and safe, nonetheless you need to choose that one which best suit to your fitness goals and needs.

Quality products which are slightly more expensive than the likes of MyProtein etc. however the quality is worth it. The advanced mass blend is the only thing that helps me gain muscle and when I have issues with postage, CS are quick to fix things, namely Beth who resolved my query within an hour of letting them know my issue
