In the last two occasions, Evri has failed to deliver my parcel. No concern was given by PhD and they refused to offer a replacement by delivery via another delivery service. I had to push for a refund fir this latest order. However, I am still out of pocket for the previous order which Evri failed to deliver. Very disappointed..
