I used Peter Clarke Estate Agent to sell a house, and they provided an excellent service. A buyer was soon found but the sale took over a year to complete, due to an issue with the house land, that my solicitor didn’t seem able to resolve. Matthew at Peter Clarke went above and beyond my expectations by chasing my solicitor multiple times, with my knowledge, to try and make progress and complete the sale.
