Carolyn and Amy at Peter Clarke were extremely helpful. They did everything to ensure that the property met the tenant's requirements and was up to scratch. Our lovely, new tenant informed me that Carolyn and Amy had made her move very simple. The truth is that neither of them could have done more for us all.

I can’t thank the team at Peter Clarke & Co Estate Agents, Stratford Upon Avon enough for all the help support they gave me when I was purchasing my property with them. It was a particularly stressful time as I was purchasing my house from an older vendor. They not only helped & guided her through the process but were also professional, friendly and offered practical help to me. They had a dedicated expert liaising with solicitors and the legal side of things which ensured that everything kept to schedule and everyone communicated with each other. Melanie was a real star in keeping everything on track and everyone calm! This was especially helpful for me after I was under extreme pressure to keep to a deadline from my buyers! Melanie, Peter, Kerry and the team all had their own key strengths but worked really well as a team and I don’t think I could have completed my sale and kept my sanity without all their help!
