Shopping was easy and delivery fast, I also like the fact that customers can make comments on the website but more importantly can get a helpful response from PN.

I regularly order a branded treatment which I used to buy in a health store at an inflated price. I order online and though postage is charged the product is still about £4 cheaper. The delivery comes in the next day or two. Sometimes there are interesting offers too. I've never had any cause for complaint.

The three tubes of Manuka gel were delivered promptly, and were priced competatively. Ease of purchase over the internet was first class, and the website comprehensive, particularly in offering the choice of Manuka gel products, of which I took advantage. A 5-star rating would have been obtained had the delivery packaging been better - the parcel was delivered with the gel tube cardboard outers crushed on two of the three tubes, although in fairness there was little damage to the actual tubes themselves, so all's well that ends in a safe delivery, to misquote Shagspoke !

Great product. My hairdresser told me to get back on my old nanogen products after my hair was coming out in handfuls in her hands. Found the intervention and the hair loss is slowing right down.
