The man at Aston reception forces you to make a “contribution”. Why is it called a contribution if he insists I should pay £25! Talked to others in there they felt the same. When you can’t make the “contribution” he embarrasses you! And I did make a generous contribution on the previous visit although I am a free service! There is a way to speak to people and I would happily give it if I was spoken to respectfully! Just because I’m on benefits now I shouldn’t be looked down upon

The PDSA has been an absolute saviour for me, my circumstances changed because of my own illness and my pets before were insured. Without the PDSA I would have had to give up my pets which literally save my life every day. I'm so incredibly grateful to the PDSA.

What a waste of time had 2 cats insured with these had to make a claim for 1 cat by the time they take the excess of £75 then the vet wanting a admin charge was pointless taking the insurance out was only for £130. Then all the performance with the hub, really cant be bothered gonna save my money in the bank and take a risk.

The advice I spoke to was really calm and really helpful. She told me that hat I need to do and was very clear about it.
