Staff and receptionists are absolutely amazing and lovely at Stoke PDSA! My pet is blind and they were all so thoughtful and kind. Really happy with how they treated her, thank you!

The PDSA is a godsend for people like me who need their pet, want them to have proper vet care but couldn't necessarily afford vet bills.

My experience was made great firstly by the lovely young lady on reception when she said I could have an appointment for tomorrow , saw my face and went through to see the vet ! On returning with a big smile , said we could wait .Secondly the vet was lovely and gave Tiffany a full going over . We left feeling very relieved and relaxed !

My we cat had to get her leg amputated every single person at the PDSA were absolutely amazing the best service I could ever ask for

My little girl tink was very silly and ate the nectar of a lilly in the bunch of flowers my partner had for me for our anniversary I panicked rang the emergency number and they offered me an appointment straight away after explaining what she had done all the staff were absolutely amazing with me and tink very gentle and caring and very welcoming and also didn't shame me for being a bad cat mam for not knowing lillys were poisonous thank you ever so much without you it could have been very very bad 🙂 ❤️

Visited Coventry pet Hospital with my poorly cat. The staff were wonderful and really put my mind at rest. The hospital was spacious and clean. The staff were very knowledgeable and friendly. The service was excellent and the treatment was totally free. I made a donation which was simple and straightforward to do.

PDSa is the only option for low income families to be able to keep pets. I feel lucky to have this service

Thanks so much to the PDSA, I am a new client and PDSA helped me to have two lovely cat as no longer I am worried about expensive veterinary, Although I need to pay for treatments but it’s affordable and I hope there would be more charities like this that helps animals and their owners, because in my opinion animals make our life more beautiful. If one day I have a good job I wanna donate a lot of money to help animals. Thank you PDSA

Nobodys got bk to me after requesting a app fr my cat fr flea prevention treatment on online request forn .so emailed and someone replied to a question i asked about my other cat but not to my question about nobody getting bk to me about the other cats app !

I contacted pdsa basildon via the website for an appointment for my dog and was given an appointment within a few days. I waited a little over my appointment time but this is to be expected due to the volume of pets, emergencies ect. My pet was examined and medication was given there and then on a repeat prescription. After 3 days I can already see the difference in my staffies arthritis and he is walking and even running again so much better. I'm so pleased I took him regardless of the wait.

Just like another reviewer has said, the gentleman at Aston PDSA demands a contribution and is very abrupt. I have always made contributions but this time I couldn’t but his whole approach was demeaning. Stop calling it a contribution when you are demanding it from us. Contribution means you give what you can and I’ve always given more than my fair share! Sort your staff out

Lovely helpful vets and receptionists

Without the PDSA thousands of animals would suffer unnecessarily. The vets and staff are a God send Can't thank them enough for there help and care of animals.

Thank God I was accepted by the PDSA this time around. I moved home just over 2 years ago and called the PDSA Bow to update my details and was told that I would have to try another vet because they couldn't take my pet. I was devastated because I had always made contributions but I kind of understood. My cat Max 7 years old is an indoor boy although we have an enclosed garden. Max recently started limping intermittently and I was worried sick. I got an appointment immediately. The staff and vets were wonderful. This was a free appointment but I donated £30 anyway. I felt it was a small price to pay. I have always contributed to my pet/s treatments. I am a state pensioner. My daughter was allowed to take Max for the appointment because I cannot often get out now, I have severe asthma and COPD and, at the moment, still recovering from a viral infection. Max was treated like a Prince. The vet was so kind, knowledgeable and helpful. Thank you PDSA Bow. The receptionists and pharmacy were wonderful. Can I just say that as a 'patient' of the PDSA for around 12 years (on and off) I have witnessed many people coming into the clinic with pedigree dogs, arriving in big cars and they often said I will donate something after I have seen the vet but they never did. No judgement we can all feel the pinch no matter what our circumstances but please try not to take our PDSA for granted. Please try to give a donation. What would we do for our pets if we didn't have the PDSA Bow?
