Awful left my distressed dog in pain
After enduring endless phone menus, I finally spoke to someone who sent me a link to download the app. They expected my 80 year old mother to do this!!I then spent over an hour uploading videos of my very sick, distressed dog. You then get messages back that are clearly from an inexperienced call centre. Their prognosis? Give her Calpol or human paracetamol(!). They refused to see her. I ended up paying £180 to rush her to another vet, who immediately diagnosed dehydration and pancreatitis which i know now is common in this breed. Thankfully, she is now on the road to recovery. PDSA were absolutely awful.
