Absolutely dreadful. Avoid using unless you are prepared to shell out £49.95 per month. You are automatically signed up to a 14 day trial whether you notice or not. If like me, you don't spot it in time you will be charged. A lot. For an initial £1.95 transaction, it ended up costing me over £150.
It is easy to use but needs to study.

I used pdf simple to translate a couple of documents and paid £1.95 for a short term use. This morning I received an email confirming a payment for £49.95 to the same company. As I had not signed up for a longer period so I sent an email requesting cancellation. Within the hour I received an email back from them to confirm a full refund. This was above and beyond what I was expecting. Excellent customer service.
