Horrible company with bottom tier customer service and a serious lying issue . This place claims to be free but is not in any way shape or form , and when you try to use their "customer service " they take quite a while to let you know that they simply stole your money , and have no intention of giving it back . Not only will I be avoiding this place , I will be letting everyone I know to as well as we will be taking this up with the better business bureau. Companies like this need to be held accountable .

ABSOLUTELY THE WORST PDF EDITOR EVER! I screwed up and missed the deadline to cancel the free trial. It is impossible to edit a pdf form and see where and what text you are editing. This is WAY OVER PRICED at $71.88 a year and I have only successfully edited one pdf. I was tryin to edit simple 1099 NEC and its impossible.

I’m really disappointed with the way this company handles its free trial offers. I signed up for a trial but there was no clear reminder, and I feel this is an unfair practice that preys on customers who forget to cancel. This kind of "sneaky" billing without clear, upfront communication feels dishonest and manipulative. I expect companies to be more transparent and respectful of their customers' trust. I won’t be continuing with this service and would advise others to be cautious.
