These are hands down the worst solicitors I have dealt with. They do not respond, do not call back, do not advise anything. Sarah Joy and her team are some of the rudest people I have had to deal with. I had to constantly chase and chase for updates and responses. They did not respond to a single email I asked a question in. They exchanged without telling me, I found out 3 days later when the estate agent told me. Please avoid at all costs.

Leah Snowden and the Mulberry Team have been fantastic to deal with. They have had a tight deadline to work with, and quite difficult case, but they have been very accommodating and kept us in the loop along the way. Would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them.

Great team effort from Carley, Holly, Summer, and Sara. They dealt with my sale and purchase whilst I was also dealing with my Financial settlement from a divorce and they got all this done on deadline day before the Stamp Duty increase. All the girls were on hand via phone or email whenever required and I always felt I was in safe hands with my needs there pirioty

I chose to buy my property at what was probably the busiest time - ahead of the end of March 2025 deadline for stamp duty increases. Paige was brilliant! - she guided me step by step through the process, was responsive to all emails and could not have made the purchase of my home easier! What a star!

After what seemed to be a slow start, not down to PCS, once the sale and purchase of my homes began PCS really stepped up. The team were great and did a fantastic job from the start of the process to the end. They were all very helpful, polite and professional and always contacted us at every step of the way. We used PCS Legal for our first house purchase and booked the express service. Emily was very helpful throughout the process and made sure everything was completed on time. She was always reachable and responsive, which really helped ease the stress. There were a few occasions where communication could have been better, but whenever we called, someone was available to provide updates and information. Overall, a big thank you to Emily and the team for helping make our first home move smooth and successful!

We were put in touch with PCS Legal through Home Legal Direct, and because of that we had a bad start of our relationship with several miscommunications and agreement on services and timelines that were not realistic to anyone. We spent the first months with PCS ironing out those issues and after that, everything started to run much smoother and with more communication and transparency. Natalie Howes and her team did a great job and we bought our new house and sold the old one quite quickly.

Really great service throughout the buying process for my first home! Paige was brilliant and couldn't recommend them or her more!
