Excellent product. Dogs love it.

Was looking for a grain free dog food for our retired greyhound and came across this on facebook. There has never been an issue with the deliveries and it’s easy to change the delivery date using the website. Our dog loves the food and is thriving on it. She has a lovely shiny coat too and is very healthy, fit and enjoying life. Worth paying extra for quality ingredients.

Ordered the food which arrived perfect however my dog didn’t like so tried to log in and cancel subscription which I couldn’t do, I emailed customer services for help no response, the subscription came out again so tried to cancel still couldn’t access so emailed again no response but I did get a refund. Then a month later the subscription came out again contacted them again still no response asked for a refund but only got a partial one. customer service is shocking im still awaiting a response , i have had to cancel my bank card now just incase which is a massive inconvenience NOT HAPPY

I like the ease of ordering and the delivery. I like the good customer interaction and that they are quick to follow up. I like the quality of the food. And my dog likes the food too. I am not so keen on the price - just a bit out of my price range.

Quality is excellent dropped a star as the size of the kibble varies, some are very large which has made my dog choke a few times, I now break it down smaller before giving it to her but overall very happy

Very friendly and efficient customer service - they reply straight away and are super friendly. The food is great quality and our dog loves it - not only for his dinner but also as treats, even after 3 weeks of having it. It certainly seems like better quality food than the stuff from the vet or the supermarket, and so far we are all happy.

Since changing Phoebe to Pawsitibe dog food I have found that it suits her so much better than any other food we have tried. I love how we can tailor the ingredients to Phoebes needs. I found that her tummy has completely settled since starting it and her coat looks amazing. She finishes every meal now without fail! I also love how we can trailer the delivery every month right to the front door it’s completely hassle free!

I dont like the fact you're "automatically" signed up for future orders. That should be my choice based on whether the food works for my Dog or not. Also I would prefer if the "pellet" for want of a better description was halved in size. On the plus side my Dog likes the food, and I will probably re-order.

I’ve been getting food for my Golden Retriever from Positive Dog Food (ex Oscars Farm) for under 2 years now. It's the only food we give him, and the product seems to be high quality - it's definitely better digestion compared to the Royal Canin kibble he had before, and so far he's a clean bill of health. Customer service has also been consistently excellent over this time, with challenges addressed very promptly and professionally. I'd definitely recommend
