We got a call from our credit card company and charges were starting to show up months later when we hadn't ordered.we are checking now to verify.
I really like having good quality dog food on demand. The ordering system is so easy and I can adjust it easily if I am not ready for a new delivery, or like this month, I can bring the order back when I run out. Much happier to be supporting a small business too rather than a massive global company. And my dog thrives on the food.

I have to echo another users experience! For the first order all fine. My dog didn’t like it and it made his sensitive tummy bad. I tried cancelling and there is NO WHERE TO CANCEL! I can’t remove my card details. I’ve tried emailing several times with no reply at all. The only thing I can do is postpone before I get charged- done this 3 times already (so 3 months with no reply). The number associated on their insta page is European and not UK- no other way to contact. Why is there no where to cancel the subscription on the account???
Delighted to have found this company for my two dogs. The quality of their food is noticeably better than any other dry brand and best of all they love it. I received a detailed booklet with my intro box containing guidelines for a healthy transition and when I reached out with a question they responded straight away. They seem to genuinely care and have since reached back out without prompt to see how my two are getting on. Delivery is fast and reliable, my plan is easy to manage, and they have extra bits like compostable poo bags to accompany my food plan so I can get all of my dog necessities delivered to my door. Nice to support an Irish business too!
