shocking customer service
Ordered the food which arrived perfect however my dog didn’t like so tried to log in and cancel subscription which I couldn’t do, I emailed customer services for help no response, the subscription came out again so tried to cancel still couldn’t access so emailed again no response but I did get a refund. Then a month later the subscription came out again contacted them again still no response asked for a refund but only got a partial one. customer service is shocking im still awaiting a response , i have had to cancel my bank card now just incase which is a massive inconvenience NOT HAPPY
