Outstanding Customer Service
It was more than 25 years ago since we last had any dealings with selling a property, and the process has evolved over that time, so we were a little apprehensive. We need not have worried … Emma and her Team were superbly helpful, providing any advice needed, and helpful contacts when asked. Communication was brilliant throughout the entire process. Would we use them again ? ABSOLUTELY !

Great team
We recently had both buying and selling experience with Paul Meakin. We had a great experience dealing with the team throughout the process. Every team member we spoke with ( at least 4 of them) were very knowledgeable in the process of property dealings and their services were exemplary. All the transactions were transparent and we got regular updates. We will certainly use them in future when need arises.

We recently worked with Paul Meakin on the sale of a property and purchase of another. We came to the Selsdon office having being extremely disappointed with the service from another local agent in the Forestdale area. The difference after moving to PM was palpable. Staff were courteous and professional throughout, always available (by both phone and email) and notably worked very hard to get our sale over the line at a price we were extremely pleased with. Commission rates were also substantially lower than the competitor agent. Amy (Selsdon branch) was brilliant to work with and I would have no hesitation in recommending to anyone.

Excellent chain progression.
Not many estate agents seem to have a member of staff dedicated to progressing sales these days, but, in a world of hybrid agents like Purple Bricks, having someone like Gill to move things along is vital. I was super impressed with how my own particularly challenging chain was dealt with by Paul Meakin's Gill. I hope that I will not be moving again for a long time, but if I do, I will certainly be giving this agent a call. Excellent stuff!
